All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Goods may be returned for store credit only. Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime on www.ishinefit.com At this time, prepaid return labels are not available.
Apparel/swimwear must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition. Sanitary strip must be attached to swimwear bottoms (if received with one). All items must be folded properly and tags must be in place. Apparel/swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
ISHINE365 values 100% customer satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the return arrival date to be contacted about your return (via email). Make sure you have an account set up onwww.ishine365.com so that we can credit your account directly. If your account is not set up, please allow us extra time to create one in order to issue your store credit. You will be contacted via email once this is done.
Shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions. Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not ISHINE365. Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.
